Homebuyer Training
ArtBuilt is dedicated to helping artists and creative workers build assets through homeownership. Since 2008, we’ve partnered with the New York Mortgage Coalition (NYMC) to provide in-depth training materials that help people navigate the process of finding a home, securing a mortgage and budgeting for success as a homeowner . Our Homebuyer Handbooks have been in constant use with NYMC’s professional trainers since the first edition in 2010. They have appeared in both Spanish and Mandarin editions, and were fully revised and updated in 2022.
